Test and simulation Data Management (TDM)
Usually, simulation and testing are implemented in two independent departments, and there is no effective communication between them. Practice has proved that simulation and experiment are two mutually supportive and promoting links in the product design process.
Firstly, the material properties and load conditions used in simulation are derived from experimental tests; secondly, the analytical results and test results are mutually validated. The simulation results can guide the experiment work, which make the test process more reasonable and the test results more accurate.
At present, in most enterprises, the test data is difficult to be adopted directly and effectively by the analysts. Usually, the experimental data format is complex, many cases need a lot of manual processing, and the workload is huge.
